As a Sales Advisor, you will represent our brand in our store in Berlin and be responsible for the overall customer experience, including customer service. You will contribute to the success of the store with your sales talent, retail experience, and organisational skills.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in retail of a premium brand, sales management of a fashion shop, or front desk function in the premium or luxury segment
- Reliable, organised, structured, and solution-oriented
- Open-minded, friendly, enthusiastic, positive, and sales-orientated personality
- Good listener, good at persuading and motivating people
- Experience in dealing with products that require a lot of counselling
- Good eye for presentation of goods and maintaining perfect store conditions
- Fluent English and German language skills
- Experience in an international working environment
