Job Description
As Sales Advisor (m/f/d), you will represent our brand in our store in Berlin, ensure smooth communication and support, and contribute to the success of the store. You will welcome customers, advise them, and take responsibility for the customer experience, product presentation, and sales.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in retail of a premium brand, sales management of a fashion shop, or a front desk function in the premium or luxury segment.
- Reliable, organised, structured, and solution-oriented.
- Fluent English and German, with experience in an international working environment.
- Experience in dealing with products that require a lot of counselling, and a talent for building long-term customer relationships.
- Experience in working with sales targets and increasing sales, with a good eye for presentation and a sales-orientated personality.
