Job Description
Horizons is seeking a Part-time Sales Advisor to represent the brand in a store in Berlin and provide excellent customer service. The role involves customer interaction, organizational support, sales activities, and compliance with safety standards. The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the store and consistently meet expectations.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of retail experience in a premium brand, fashion shop, or front desk function.
- Reliability, organization, structure and a solution-oriented approach.
- Open-mindedness, friendliness, enthusiasm and sales-oriented personality.
- Good communication, persuasion and motivational skills.
- Experience with product counselling, customer retention and building relationships.
- Fluency in English and German
- Experience in international environments
