Job Description
Horizon Farm Credit is hiring a Relationship Manager to support beginning farmers in the Blue Ridge region. The role involves customized financing, excellent customer service, and contributing to the agricultural community through education and partnerships. It's an internal, hybrid position ideal for organized individuals with a customer-focused mindset.
Requirements
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide personalized service and educational support to beginning farmers.
- Manage the rotating YBS program.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Educate farmers on agricultural business and financial management.
