Team Leader-Progressive

We are seeking a Team Leader to lead our production professionals and oversee various activities to meet safety, quality, efficiency, and cost requirements. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record in a similar role.

Requirements

• 1+ year as a shift lead, shift supervisor, assistant manager, etc.
• Associates Degree
• Proven leadership, persuasive, initiative, analytical, and communication skills
• Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
• Able and willing to work night shift schedules based on business needs
