Job Description
The Preconstruction Manager plays a key role in procuring mechanical construction work, cultivating relationships with general contractors and building owners, and generating new opportunities in design-build and design-assist markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project management within the construction industry
- Demonstrated experience in design-build or design-assist delivery methods preferred
