Job Description
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisor.
Requirements
- Use the wristband to identify the residents before administrating treatments, serving meals, etc.
- Record medical and administrative information in established charting and documentation policies.
- Maintain the Daily Census Report and submit to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
