Job Description
The RN Supervisor is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising nursing assistants. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times, in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/RN Program.
- Must have a valid Georgia LPN or RN License.
- Must be capable of executing all terms and conditions set forth in the Employee Handbook.
- Must be able to make responsible decisions regarding the residents' daily and medical needs.
