Job Description
JOIN OUR TEAM AS A REGISTERED NURSE (RN) MANAGER! The Registered Nurse (RN) Manger is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and hospital policy, goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Education & Licensure: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing required, or equivalent combination of education and experience in psychiatric nursing management; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of one (1) year experience in a psychiatric health-care facility.
- Additional Skill Requirements: Thorough knowledge of JCAHO, HCFA, OSHA requirements, and state and federal regulatory requirements.
