Senior Operational Excellence Business Partner

We are looking for a Senior Operational Excellence Business Partner to join our team at HoSt Group. As a trusted advisor to management, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational-wide improvement, digitalization, and BI initiatives. You will have the freedom and end responsibility to shape Operational Excellence and Business Intelligence across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, preferably Technical Business Administration, Data/BI, Industrial Engineering, or similar;
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior improvement, BI, or business partner role within a technical, project, or production environment;
• Experience with strategic transformation, professionalization, and data-driven working;
• Proven experience in setting up and leading improvement and BI programs independently;
• Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of the interplay between processes, data, systems, and people;
• Excellent communication skills and persuasive power at board and management level;
• Excellent command of Dutch and English;
• You are self-sufficient, decision-making, and result-oriented, with a natural focus on ownership;
