Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management
• Experience with OKR planning frameworks
• Proven track record of acquiring and scaling affiliate partners successfully
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with main marketing digital tools and affiliate platforms
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Self-starter with a growth-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
