Job Description
Hostinger is seeking a Product AI Engineering Lead to shape the intelligence of their next-generation products and grow the AI engineering team. This role involves leading a team in building agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and other advanced AI capabilities, collaborating with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver impactful features. The ideal candidate will have strong AI/ML expertise and a passion for innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading AI or ML engineers.
- Strong, hands-on expertise in Python and modern LLM/AI frameworks.
- Experience designing and building agentic AI systems.
- Solid understanding of AI system design.
- Experience building and deploying production-grade APIs (FastAPI, Flask).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices.
