Requirements

• Fluent in Lithuanian and English (C1 or native)
• Experience in customer support in tech or SaaS environments
• Exceptional communication skills
• Understanding of web hosting fundamental concepts
• Advanced understanding of web hosting technologies, server management, and performance optimization
• Proficiency with content management platforms, hosting control panels, email services, domain management systems, and customer support platforms
