Job Description
Hotchkiss is seeking an Account Executive for Commercial Lines to manage and grow client portfolios. The role involves building relationships, securing new business, coordinating with teams, and negotiating coverage terms. A strong understanding of commercial insurance products and excellent communication skills are essential.
Requirements
- Manages an assigned book of business and builds, expands, and solidifies relationships with existing clients.
- Secure existing business and drive the sales of additional services and coverage levels.
- Effectively coordinate with Account Managers, Marketing Managers, Client Services, etc.
- Provides technical support as well as coordinating and facilitating.
- Negotiate and oversee the negotiations of renewals.
- Solidify and maintain carrier and intermediary relationships.
