Food & Beverage Manager - Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the brand new restaurant and events at the Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC, including managing staff, delivering exceptional guest service, and building long-term relationships with guests and partners.

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: Manager/Supervisor
• Broad knowledge and a passion of F&B
• Proficient user of MS Office and hotel and restaurant systems (e.g. MICROS)
• Good knowledge of guest service
• International experience and training is an advantage
