Be the welcoming face of our hotel – and an essential part of our team. As a Front Office Receptionist, you are the go-to person for our guests. You anticipate the reason for their visit and make sure they feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
Requirements
- Welcoming guests with a warm smile and assist them before, during, and after their stay
- Independently and professionally handle check-ins and check-outs
- Provide excellent concierge service
- Keep your shift organized by completing checklists
- Ensure the lobby always looks clean and inviting
- Work closely with your colleagues and support each other as a team
