Receptionist / Bartender - MOXY Milton Keynes

We're looking for a Receptionist / Bartender with high energy, good communication skills, and experience in the service industry to join our team at Moxy Milton Keynes. As a Receptionist / Bartender, you will be responsible for creating positive experiences for guests, managing hotel room inventory, operating Food & Beverage outlets, and promoting the Moxy brand.

Requirements

• Confident communicator
• Proactive problem solver and team player
• Good with people and enjoy chatting with guests
• Skilled multi tasker who can balance hard work with great service
• Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)
• Useful Experience: Experience within the service industry
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
• Personal experience of travel and travel industry
