We are seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site management of hotel renovations, with a focus on delivering major transformations of branded hotels across the US. The ideal candidate will have commercial construction experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in construction documents and plans.

Requirements

• 2-7 years previous commercial construction experience
• Proficiency with construction documents & plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
• Valid US Drivers License
