- Rotate, stock, and straighten merchandise and supplies
- Correctly price all merchandise according to departmental guidelines
- Follow proper wrapping and packaging procedure
- Perform basic housekeeping duties
- Operate all required tools and equipment in a safe manner
- Clean all required deli-bakery department tools and equipment
- Follow proper procedure for producing all bakery/deli products
- Stand and/or walk at a rapid pace for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Maintain a neat and clean work area
- Perform all essential job functions at an acceptable level of speed and accuracy
- Work with limited supervision
- May be required to decorate cakes
- Receive and unload truck deliveries using available equipment
