Job Description
The Boathouse City Point is seeking a Line Cook to prepare food to exact chef's specifications and set up stations for menu. Responsibilities include assisting the executive and Chef de Cuisines with daily tasks, preparing food for service, and maintaining a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Requirements
- Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook or Prep Cook
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry's best practices
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all co-workers
- Able to perform high-quality work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders in a timely manner
