Job Description
Hiring a Maintenance Technician in Asheville, NC area. Responsibilities include performing routine inspections, responding to maintenance requests, conducting preventive maintenance tasks, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of maintenance areas.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vocational training or certification in facilities maintenance, HVAC, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a residential apartment building setting
- Strong technical skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining building systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
