Requirements
- 3+ years of experience coordinating real estate transactions in the U.S.
- 12+ months of remote work experience
- Mastery of transaction tools (Dotloop, DocuSign, ZipForm, MLS, CRM) and prioritization skills
- Service-first mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
