Join the Houston Zoo team and provide exceptional guest service to visitors from around the world. Assist with ticket purchases, answer questions, and ensure a secure environment for our animal residents and guests.

Requirements

• Three years of experience as a cashier in a high-volume operation with heavy customer contact
• Excellent math and counting skills with exceptional customer service experience
• Previous experience in a museum, theater, amusement park, hotel or related attraction a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
