Job Description
Hover is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth for its largest construction customer accounts. This role focuses on strategic account planning, leadership, and revenue generation, requiring a strong understanding of complex enterprise environments and a proven track record of closing high-value deals. The role emphasizes collaboration, ownership, and strategic alignment with VP- and C-suite-level leaders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in construction tech, SaaS, or similar.
- Proven success closing high 6-figure, multi-year enterprise deals.
- Strategic selling expertise with the ability to translate customer challenges into solution roadmaps.
- Demonstrated ownership of structured account plans, driving clarity, accountability, and execution.
- Operational excellence with mastery of MEDDPICC or Challenger frameworks.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen.
- Ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments and influence cross-functional partners.
- Executive presence and communication skills.
