Requirements
- Acting as a first point of contact, handling correspondence and phone calls.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Preparing agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports.
- Monitoring and reminding of deadlines and upcoming tasks.
- Welcoming and liaising with visitors, suppliers, and clients.
- Coordinating and organizing internal meetings and events.
- Maintaining accurate filing systems and records.
- Managing office-related administrative tasks.
- Coordinating and organizing internal and ad hoc projects and events.
