Howden is a global insurance group with employee ownership at its heart. We are looking for a Construction Senior Underwriter to develop strong business relationships with brokers and service providers, and to deliver strategic planning and execution of business development.

Requirements

• Develop business relationships with brokers and service providers
• Deliver strategic planning and execution of business development
• Underwrite annual renewable contractors combined business
• Develop effective business activity planning process with brokers
• Work with stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of business plans
• Act as a referral point for underwriters and assistant underwriters
• Undertake peer reviews of other members of the Construction team
• Display positive traits as a role model to other members of the DUAL team
