Operations Engineering Internship

HP Inc. is offering an Operations Engineering Internship to gain hands-on experience within their dynamic MultiJetFusion team. The role involves monitoring service performance metrics, collaborating with technical teams, and developing new service initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Industrial Engineering, Organizational Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical/scientific discipline.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Exposure to manufacturing processes, 3D printing, or digital technologies is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in multicultural teams.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new digital tools quickly.
