Scenario Planning Lead – Personal Systems

HP's Personal Systems business is seeking a Scenario Planning Lead to join the Supply Planning Analytics team, focused on enabling agile, data-driven decisions across the global supply chain. This role is critical in designing and executing scenario models that balance cost, inventory, service, and time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Analytics
• 7+ years of experience in supply planning, scenario modeling, or operations analytics
• Strong understanding of supply chain trade-offs across cost, inventory, service, and time
• Proven experience supporting factory utilization analysis, resource efficiency, and planning operations
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX) and Excel (Power Query)
