Applications Engineer II

HPR is seeking an Applications Engineer II to support clients by solving complex technical problems. The role involves developing technical expertise, providing customer service, and driving best practices back to product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar field
• 2+ years supporting business critical applications
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Ability and initiative to complete tasks and solve problems autonomously
• Strong Linux systems administrator skills
• Experience with Python and Shell scripting
• Proficient understanding of networking technologies and protocols (TCP, switch configuration, routing)
