Job Description
HPS Investment Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to join their Asset Management team in Chicago, IL. This role involves valuing illiquid securities, performing monthly valuations, and contributing to portfolio performance analysis. The team supports a range of functions including accounting, investor relations, and financial reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in financial consulting, investment banking, asset management, or similar
- Strong knowledge of debt instruments
- Experience with debt or equity valuation, 3 statement modeling, and financial analysis
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated interest in investing
