We are seeking a dependable self-starter who excels at building strong relationships and providing exceptional support to join our team as a Client Relations Specialist.

Requirements

• High school diploma or some college
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Aptitude for learning new software
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing support or account manager role
• Experience supporting external clients and working with vendors
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test (including THC)
