Legal Assistant

We are hiring a detail-driven legal professional to join our team as a Legal Assistant. The successful candidate will support two busy attorneys in litigation work, managing day-to-day tasks, drafting pleadings, and communicating with clients and courts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a law firm setting (litigation preferred)
• Proficiency in preparing, proofreading, and e-filing pleadings
• Familiarity with Oregon and Washington court rules
• Strong skills in docketing, calendaring, and managing legal correspondence
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Comfort with high-volume email communication and client interaction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
