Job Description
We are hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in a warm, community-focused environment. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients and families, helping create a smooth and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
Requirements
- Experience in front desk AND billing/data entry
- Strong multitasking skills
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background and professional references check
