Discovery Attorney

This is a full-time opportunity with an external law firm based in Dayton, OH. The job involves performing discovery activities, including document analysis, review, and production to establish the factual foundation of legal representation. The role is hybrid, with 2-3 days in the office and the rest being remote after a 6-week training period.

Requirements

• Active OHIO Bar License
• J.D. or equivalent from an ABA-accredited institution
• Membership in good standing of the Ohio Bar
• Minimum 3 years post-grad law experience
• Demonstrated technology skills including familiarity with document review platforms, such as DISCO and Relativity
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Superior attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively under pressure and with people at all levels, both inside and outside the firm
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication and language skills
• Ability to supervise others effectively
• Flexibility to work extended and often unpredictable hours, including weekends and holidays
