Job Description
Programmers Force is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager for the Americas to ensure compliance with regional financial regulations. This role involves overseeing programs, advising sales and product teams, monitoring regulatory changes, and interpreting guidance from FinCEN, OFAC, and other agencies. It is a full-time on-site position.
Requirements
- 7+ years of compliance experience in the Americas.
- Strong knowledge of AML/KYC and financial crime regulations.
- Proven ability to engage with regulators and industry associations.
- Excellent analytical and advisory skills.
