Job Description
Programmers Force is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with expertise in RegTech and Identity Verification to lead the company's technology strategy and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. The CTO will lead engineering, data science, security, and infrastructure teams and partner with Product, Compliance, and Legal on regulatory innovation.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles
- Proven expertise in SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech industries
- Strong knowledge of AML/KYC/IDV compliance workflows
- Experience scaling engineering organizations globally
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
