This role will involve strategic guidance, managing contracts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and overseeing internal and external resources. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Fintech, financial services, and data protection.

Requirements

• 12+ years of legal experience with global exposure
• Strong background in SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech sectors
• Deep understanding of AML/KYC/IDV and regulatory frameworks
• Licensed to practice in the UK, US, or EU jurisdiction
• Exceptional leadership and negotiation skills
