Job Description
We are seeking a General Counsel (Head of Legal & Compliance) for a leading RegTech SaaS company. This senior leadership role will manage all legal and compliance activities globally, overseeing regulatory compliance, developing policies, and leading the legal team. The ideal candidate will combine legal expertise with compliance oversight and a strong ability to balance business needs with risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Lead and manage the Legal & Compliance Department
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (SaaS, MSAs, etc.)
- Oversee litigation, dispute resolution, and regulatory investigations
- Design and implement compliance frameworks (AML, GDPR, etc.)
- Build systems to identify, monitor, and mitigate legal and compliance risks
