Information Security Head

Programmers Force is seeking an experienced Head of Information Security to own global security strategy for systems, data, and processes. The role involves defining a security program, ensuring compliance with various frameworks, managing incident response, and providing security awareness training. A strong background in RegTech and IDV is preferred.

Requirements

• 10+ years in information security, with leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks
• Proven success in securing SaaS or FinTech platforms
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
• Excellent leadership, risk management, and communication skills
