Lead Data Scientist

We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist to join a leading RegTech SaaS company. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to solve complex business and compliance challenges. The Data Scientist will collaborate with engineering and product teams to build scalable solutions and improve product accuracy, efficiency, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Collect, clean, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Develop and implement machine learning models for fraud detection, risk scoring, and compliance monitoring.
• Conduct statistical analysis, feature engineering, and predictive modeling.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve models for performance and fairness.
• Prepare clear documentation and reports.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala.
