Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least five (5) years of beer distributor sales experience is preferred
• Strong computer and word processing skills, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
• General understanding and use of selling and public speaking skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally through both verbal and written skills
• Ability to travel to assigned call points, as required
• Effective time management and organization skills
• Ability to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of Strathman
• Ability to exercise good judgment with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to influence others across all levels of Strathman
• Demonstrate poise, tact and diplomacy with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations
• Strong financial knowledge and Strathman business acumen
