Digital Ads Strategist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Ads Strategist with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to work with international clients (Europe & U.S.) and improve their ad strategy, targeting, and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in performance marketing or ads management
• Proven experience managing Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads
• Deep understanding of campaign optimization, bidding, and ad delivery algorithms
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to advise clients on ad strategy, creatives, and audience targeting
• Fluency in English is mandatory
