Requirements
- Direct client interaction and support
- Facilitate individual sessions with caseload clients
- Provide learning experience opportunities and clinical support
- Perform crisis intervention and communicate with the treatment team
- Facilitate groups, assessments, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to develop treatment plans
- Proactively link clients to resources based on their treatment needs
- Attend Team Decision Making Meetings and maintain regular contact with CWS workers
- Document client updates, incidents, and changes in visitations
- Maintain accurate records and enter data into electronic systems
- Ensure documentation complies with agency, HIPAA, and funder standards
