NCSH Residential - Group Counselor (On-Call)

HealthRIGHT 360 offers comprehensive care that includes primary medical care, mental health services, and substance use disorder treatment. Our residential program helps clients address addiction and related issues, increase skills, manage stressors, connect to supportive services, and build a foundation for lasting recovery.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other related field preferred
• Registration or Certification as a Substance Use Disorder Counselor from an accredited California agency (CCAPP, CAADE, CADTP)
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
• Valid California Driver's License and access to registered and insured transportation
• Experience providing counseling sessions with individuals with co-occurring disorders in an individual or group setting
• Background check and livescan clearance
• Meet health screening and tuberculosis testing requirements
• Meet program requirements
