Job Description
Work as an HVAC Technician under a lead site technician to maintain and repair HVAC systems, test and recharge refrigeration systems, and operate and maintain process water treatment in HVAC related piping.
Requirements
- Journey level with a minimum of 5 – 10 years related experience.
- Operation and repair of centrifugal chillers up to 500 tons, reciprocating chillers, modular systems, gas-fired boilers, DX units, exhaust fans, cooling towers, water pumps, air compressors, pneumatic controls.
- Water treatment methods (PH control, testing and adjusting chemical balances).
- Data/spreadsheet tracking of equipment & parts, familiarity of CMMS (computer maintenance management systems).
- Clean room and laboratory environment HVAC requirements.
- Knowledge of Industrial safety practices.
- Desire to learn new skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
