Job Description
HRSI is looking for an Engineer to resolve personnel-related issues, report defects, and optimize auxiliary material usage for a leading client.
Requirements
- Resolve personnel-related issues in the production area
- Promptly report defects and defect rates
- Complete and submit shift records as required
- Assist engineers in optimizing auxiliary material usage
- Maintain daily 5S in the production area
- Conduct team-level safety and 5S training for employees
- Adhere to safety protocols and equipment operating procedures
- Strictly follow factory rules and regulations
