Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, marketing, communication, personnel matters, public relations, or a comparable field
- Experience in the temporary employment/dienstensector or commercial experience in the sale of services (retail)
- Fluent French, Dutch, and English language skills
- Result-oriented and analytically strong
- Experience as a People manager
- Knowledge of social legislation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Negotiating skills
