We are seeking a seasoned risk professional to lead and strengthen our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives, ensuring frameworks, policies, and processes are robust, compliant with BSP regulations, and aligned with industry best practices.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework in compliance with BSP and regulatory standards.
- Identify, assess, monitor, and report key risks across all business units to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Draft and enforce risk policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks.
- Provide strategic risk insights and recommendations to the CRO and senior leadership.
- Conduct risk assessments, stress tests, and scenario analyses to support business continuity planning and informed decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting and submissions.
- Act as subject-matter expert in regulatory risk requirements and emerging best practices in the banking sector.
- Partner with business leaders to embed risk culture and raise awareness across the organization.
