Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience, with exposure to brand and digital marketing
- Strong capability across both traditional and digital marketing
- Must have background within Retail, FMCG, or Multi-brand environments
- Experienced in both ATL & BTL marketing
- Proven people management experience leading marketing teams
- Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics; working knowledge of basic design principles
