We are looking for a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer to collaborate with our sales organization to help enterprise customers maximize the benefits of our product suite. The role requires a unique blend of business acumen and technical skills, with a focus on motivation, soft skills, and work ethic.
Requirements
- Support the Enterprise Sales team with opportunity qualification, demonstrations, Proof of Concept presentations, RFP responses & business justification
- Lead the adoption and optimization of internal sales tools business infrastructure
- Evangelize new product features & provide customer feedback to Donesafe product management and engineering groups
- Work with our implementation and referral partners to promote and onsell Donesafe via presales engagements and partner enablement
- Maintain a deep understanding of the customer’s business as well as their technical environment
- Product and Subject Matter Leadership for HSI business areas and industry segments
